The bears and letters are raw-edge appliqued in a white blanket stitch.  A great size for a baby.  Note that the applique makes the quilt a little stiffer, but it should soften up some when washed.

The quilting design is Teddy Bears, the batting is Dream Angel (flame retardent, no chemicals, and soft), and the backing is a sweet floral.
