A large patriotic quilt can be a focus piece. This is 80" square, red/white/blue, and has crazy stars and fireworks. It is simple to make, but looks complicated. Paper-piecing construction (sections print entirely on a page so no taping is necessary). There are no Y-seams.

Feel free to use three other colors, make it entirely scrappy, or use various reds, whites, and blues for your own look.

A simple change to make this QOV compliant is included.
